I love the contrast of the red on top of the black as well as the grey. Both really pop out at the reader. I also find the page to have a pleasant and laid back essence to it but also engaging and bold. Good stuff!

Like you said, it gives off a "minimal, organized, and sharp" look. I look forward to see if you decide to personalize it a little more with photos or keep it this way.
